PhoneMachine.ai is operated by ElevenX2 LLC. We collect the information needed to provide AI phone, SMS, contact, billing, and team-workflow services.

Information We Collect

We collect account details, login information, billing identifiers, contacts you import or enter, phone numbers, call records, voicemails, recordings, transcripts, SMS/MMS content, knowledge-base content, team invitations, usage logs, device/session data, and support messages.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate PhoneMachine.ai, route calls and messages, generate AI summaries and replies, maintain compliance and consent records, process payments, prevent abuse, debug failures, improve product quality, and provide support.

AI Processing And Your Permission

We ask for your permission before sending your account data to third-party AI providers. You can choose “Not now” and continue using non-AI features. You can later allow or revoke permission under Settings → Privacy & AI. Revoking permission stops new AI processing; it does not undo processing already completed.

Depending on the feature you choose, AI processing may include prompts and chat messages; business profile and configuration; contacts and customer details; SMS, MMS, and email content; call and voicemail audio, recordings, transcripts, and metadata; knowledge-base documents, uploaded files, and images; and AI-generated actions, drafts, summaries, and results.

AI Providers And Purposes

We send only the information needed for the AI feature you request or enable. We require each provider that receives personal data to provide the same or equal protection described in this policy and required by applicable privacy rules.

SMS Consent And Carrier Compliance

Outbound business SMS requires a paid plan, valid recipient consent, and carrier approval where required. We store consent and opt-out records so STOP/START and compliance controls can be enforced.

Service Providers

We use providers such as Supabase, Stripe, Telnyx, Retell AI, Anthropic, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Vercel, email, analytics, and monitoring services to run the product. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to PhoneMachine.ai.

Retention

We keep account data while your account is active and as needed for legal, billing, security, compliance, and operational records. AI providers may retain submitted data and results according to their service agreements and legal obligations. Revoking AI permission prevents new submissions but does not automatically delete information already processed by a provider. You can request account deletion by emailing support@elevenx2.com.
